Loved this video on squeeze! You weren’t lying when you said though this is a one the most popular indicators, don’t feel bad if your just hearing about it, videos on it are hard to find. I’ve been studying for almost a year and just learned about John Carter. Works a lot better on the 30 min, 1 hour, 4 hour, daily and weekly charts. Lot of false signals on for example a 5 min bar, like every other indicator beware of small time frames.

Research at MIT by David Elliot showed that Markets are outside the NOISE RANGE when Bollinger bands are 0.8 SD & are 10 periods & price is trading outside the trending BB--no matter what the time frame( 5M,15M,1H,4h,Daily---etc.). Please explore this further & do A video to take this work to A higher level.Thank you Sir.

Only on the 6.5 hour it works because of Fibonacci everything else you lose money.

I have my own way of trading with this indicator When ever there is 3 increase I do a long position and shortly after most of the times it increases same in for short I have made a lot of wins with my method

What would be the alert if want to be alerted as soon as a bar is smaller or bigger than the previous one?
I use this indicator like this…2 timeframe and as soon as a bar starting to raise compared to the previous one. I go in the smaller timeframe and I wait for a ema20/50 cross.

ATR measures the daily high and low but it’s a lagging indicator .
Even if it is a lagging indicator, it can be used for setting stop-losses
