    Also, check down the back of the oil cooler, there is foam padding up against it and in wet climates, like mine, it rusts and pits through. Common fault it turns out in Ireland

    Forgot to mention pull final drive plugs and check for excessive metal wear. They are magnetic on the inside and pick up the metal shavings in the oil.

    I have a 07 doosan 140 lcv and it's lacking a bit of power on the cylinder to the stick. Could you follow up with a bit more detail on the fix. I thought it was the check valve that's mounted on mine but the travel motors were weak when I got it but have since freed up, the machine was 15 years old when I got it with 2040 hours on it, hadn't done much. Jealous of your double top rollers mine only has a single

      So back on the valve body in the center of the machine there are pressure control valves mounted by 2 bolts or allen screws that control pressure to each function of the machine, there are probably 6 or seven of them, all the same just mounted all around outside valve body. I replaced all of them and that fixed my machine.
