I have to admit, this makes the final battle music even better with memories to represent each of the Star Children while it intensifies further! Very nicely done on the remix there! ^.^
I just found this video and the remix to this theme is amazing. I love the attention of using the JP version of the song mixed with all the motifs. I'm glad this track got some attention to it as I believe it's a very underrated track. Not only is the song amazing but I adore that artwork. All the babies and Yoshis staring at this massive behemoth in front of them, along with the stars shining (love the detail of showing Adult Bowser's star). I would love to save a version of that artwork if at all possible.

I never thought anyone would bother remixing this song considering how different it is in the Japanese version as well as how quickly forgotten this game became. I'm sure you know about the seven star children, right?
@@Baconator2558 You know, this game alongside Yoshi Topsy Turvy & Yoshi's New Island were developed by mostly former sonic team members under the leadership of sonic co-creator Naoto Ohshima.
It took me a few listens, but I noticed that each character's star lights up when their motif comes in, that's awesome attention to detail! I love this since the original melody was so catchy even though the song itself was... underwhelming, this really does it justice
Thank you! I felt the same way about the original. There were a lot of things I liked about it, but as a whole, it was underwhelming, and I wanted to give it a second chance and make something that could be a worthy successor to the first game's theme.

Baby Bowser's is the final boss theme from the original Yoshi's Island, Wario's is Greenhorn Forest from Wario World, Peach's is Inside the Castle Walls from Mario 64, and Bowser's is one of the melodies from the original version of this theme.
My theory: Baby Mario & his friends (even Baby Bowser) are destined heroes chosen by Star Sprites to outshine against true evil like the Black Hole Sprites, & Kamek secretly works for true evil to raise Baby Bowser bad. The Mushroom Kingdom, Isle Delfino, Yoshi's Island, BeanBean Kingdom, & Pi'illo Kingdom are in Mario's & friends hands, & Bowser needs to wake up. 🌟💖

Yep! I even included motifs for all of them in the remix (the Peach's Castle theme for Peach, Greenhorn Forest for Wario, etc.)

I also really like the fact the arcade DK leitmotif is used here instead of the DKC one, considering this « baby DK » might actually be Cranky
