I complete my B.Sc. in textile engineering on wet process technology in the year of 2014 and i have experience in woven dyeing (factory work) , if i want to go usa for higher studies or job then is it possible?

I've completed my BSc. Under grad in textile engineering. I want to opt for higher studies for post graduation (any textile related masters program. Eg:contemporary buying, merchandising, supply chain) in US. So, what are the eligibilities primarily to get admit in any US universities in these concentrations? And Is there any scholarship available?
