His exchange with Nicky in the limo is one of the best of the show. "The sooner we get to it, the sooner we get through it." It just shows how far Raylan will go to protect his family.

Season 4 is based around the story of Andrew Carter Thornton, II. He was a Lexington Police Detective in Narcotics and a lawyer. The story arc follows his life up to his death when he landed in Knoxville and died on impact.
My maternal grandfather was a Trooper with KSP for 30 plus years. He used to tell us stories about Bloody Harlan and the lengths KSP would go to find a fugitive.
The reason Ms Emmons calls Raylan is bounty hunters are not permitted in Kentucky. They will be arrested for impersonating a peace officer and jailed. Bail bondsmen have to call the local sheriff or nearest KSP barracks and give them the information on said fugitive and start the extradition process.
Great thing about Raylan Givens in Justified? You discover that the last 4 words you should not actually say to him out loud? Because they will be the last 4 words you hear: "You ain't gonna shoot." As it turns out? Those that say that? Find out the hard way that they are not correct.
I miss Justified. Yep Yep I do. Boyd and Raylan.

Good attempt but 48 minutes and missing about 5-6 key scenes of Raylan's in Season 4. The stuff with the bartender should easily be cut, no one cares or remembers her. Few Boyd scenes we're missing from the latter half of the season with Raylan. I'm only seeing the hottest woman in Kentucky once and the best of Raylan means we need Winona.
There is so much I would like to say as a self-professed paragraph guy...but I don't want to ruin things with spoilers. Sigh.
