I know so many people underestimate O'Malley. They think he is overrated but I feel like his striking skills, fight I.Q., movement, feints, ability to switch stances, break timing, strike diversity, proved his striking output endurance in the record setting Kris Mutino fight. He can strike around high guards, can strike while moving backwards, can strike while people shoot takedowns. I want to see O'malley shock the world. He understands how to put power on his shots and he has a great approach to how he abstractly flows with however a fight unfolds. He is always adjusting. Saying that Petr Yan would have finished Sean O'Malley in the 4th or 5th round is a wild take. I'll answer them just cause I think ur points are coming from a hater perspective rather than a logical one.
1. Sterling doesn't have power, nor is he a great striker with great technique and accuracy to make up for the power. You can still have size, reach advantage etc but it doesn't equate to power, plus he doesn't need to drop him lmao.
2. Aljo goes on his knees for maybe 15 seconds in a 25 minute fight, that's not abusing. What's abusing is doing what kron Gracie did in his fight on the same card, constantly pulling guard, laying on his back etc.
3. Ok
4. Almost every single mma media outlet except for around 2 scored the fight to sterling, mma fighters don't know how to score fights lmfao.
5. "A lot of fans" lol
6. Ok
Give me my 1k
@@bornmenu I respect it. You earned my respect. I have money. My IG is public. I’ve spent a lot of money on ufc live events and I pay every single PPV. Aljo is simply not entertaining. I do hate him but I’m no hater. U get it? I’m happy for his success and how he takes care of his mom. He puts in the work and he is 100% commuted. But he disgusts me. Most fans thought cejudo won. Again, not here to argue who won and who didn’t. It’s irrelevant. Did you see yan fight 1? Aljo didn’t abuse the grounded opponents rule? He did. To the point that he finally got kneed in the head. Lol. That’s how he became champ. Why did aljo’s corner tell him to get off all fours on the cejudo fight?
@@bornmenu and even though he needs to use the fence, which isn’t illegal, he is the best grappler in his weight class
This list aged like milk. It never ceases to amaze me how bad your takes are.
Putting yans bum ass above cejudo when yanndid absolutely nothing for his run or the sport but lose once he faced good competition he’s not even a top 1 thousand fighter of all tome
Chito destroyed O'Malley and O'Malley BEAT Yan. This list is fundamentally flawed and biased
Wow copying guru's content i see.
why are u hating? tier lists have always been a thing lol
Guru didn’t invent tier lists and he didn’t invent mma content - saying this as a fan of both of them
He's copying content.
Aljo is a beast. We’ve seen him fight a specialist type fighter before and he slept him. He made sandhagen look like an amateur
When do we admit Petr Yan is overrated
When he loses to someone other than Aljo and Merab. O’Malley lost that fight
When he doesn't lose to a epo abusing midg and or gets robbed in a decision :)
@@lucastracymma8764 did he?
This didn't age well xd (o'malley KO'd aljo)
