I can see the power of using the Fire Princess in this deck. Metalfoes can easily get her to graveyard by destroying her while maintaining a resource engine.
Amblowhale also goes pretty hard as a kind of budget prom princess in this deck, but it's link 4 and requires extra deck summoned monsters so a lil harder to make
I used to play Metalfoes competitively at regionals/locals, and I wrecked with it for about 7 weeks in a row, until I finally met my end to Buster Blader Lock. Fun times (except for BB lock, that sucked).
I'm so glad this video popped up in my recommended. I've been looking for a pend deck to play to do the proficiency test requirements and I don't have/never had a interest in pend decks. But this looks so fun to play and for its power, its very cheap when it comes to URs and SRs that are not staples.
This deck is beyond cheap, all of the URs are generic as hell cards you would most likely have already except the Pend URs but still, very generic stuff I'm gonna try this out
I love pendulum decks because they are so complicated to play, it's a unique play style that only belongs to yugioh... Too bad they are often use in that synchro style variant that always have the same infinite negates end board... This is different, just like Vaylantz, with cool different interaction and many different disruptions, will definitely build it once I finish building nouvellez
I finally got all Snake Eyes, and I already own all Metalfoes, so I'll be cooking. P.S: I saw someone playing Metalfoes and Snake Eyes in a 60 card pile, so I'll attempt something like that. It seems Fire Princess in more than enough for Pend decks to get a lot of value
well the 2nd part of your sentence is true bc princess gives not only an extra interruptions on opponents turn, but also help to extend on owns turn, so the card itself gives at least 2 interruptions to the deck. But metalfoes by itself is not really that good prior, it struggles to to build more than 2 interruptions
Pure metalfoes was meh before princess, I had to mix them with either true draco or yang zing. Funny thing about yang zing is with 2 card combo I could have put at least 2 counter trap negate (Zefra divine strike and nine pillar of the yang zing) but it's quite bad against maxx c and have weaker plays for going 2nd also reduced grind game. With Promethean princess, the thing you could have done in pure metalfoes is just bonker.
Would be good to see more hands without the magician engine, and thank you for the build! It's a shame electrumite is banned on TCG, the deck really needs new supports to compensate the electrumite
I really want to build a pendulum deck but i don't know wich one i should build... any suggestions? And if you could tell me why you chose it, it would also help me.

It's surreal seeing Electrumite in its native archetype.
Even more surreal knowing it is still banned in the tcg. 😂
It’s broken in it’s own archetype, the amount of times you can put it back and do it over again is ridiculous.

the deck plays better under Maxx C than i expected. it also doesn't choke under a single ash. very interesting

how this deck plays against Yubel ? would like to see replays
What is everyone’s thoughts on super poly?
Note to self get the princess
Electrumite, finally I can play my deck
with a single card, it boost insane amount. imagine if they release that banshee rank 4

Just one word. Pendulum
at what rank did you test this deck? also is that normal for this deck to run a lot of 1 copy of spell ? not familiar with metalfoes

Dracoslayer
It can keep up with current meta but do know all pendulum need some out of archetype assistance.
Kashtira really helps pendulums

I can't play pendulums because of my odd eyes preformapal PTSD 😅

Would have liked to see some good second games good stuff tho

how strong or viable are the deck without magician soul? there is an alternative?
Magician soul is in the Dark Magician structure deck. It’s way cheaper than trying to craft another card to replace it lol.
