What if mathematics suddenly disappeared?

Have you ever found yourself wondering, "Why are we studying mathematics?" What is the benefit of racking our brains over an equation in order to know half the diameter of a circle? Or to get the value of x or y at the end? Wouldn't it have been better to use this time to study something that would benefit us in our lives, such as languages and sciences, instead of useless mathematics? Hmmm, wait a minute; this is not true. The wish that a large number of students wish for, if it comes true, will lead to disasters. Let me tell you what would happen to the world if there was no mathematics.

This is what would happen if humans didn't do anything requiring them to think about numbers. If math actually ceased to be, reality itself wouldn't even work. The term "null" refers to the concept of ultimate nothingness, so empty that it doesn't even count as a zero. It would still be a gross understatement if used to describe the scenario, because there would never have been anything in which a scenario could be said to either exist in, or be absent from.
