  • This video takes you through the process and decision-making involved in compiling the abstract "Warm-Blooded".
    The 70cm x 48 cm abstract is collaged onto 600gsm stretched paper using acrylic medium as the adhesive.
    This follow-up video utilises the hand-made paper techniques that Louise has demonstrated in a series of her videos on RUclips. Please see the links below to watch videos showing the process employed.

    The paper your cutting up at 2:21 is lovely. Have you got a video on how you made it⁉️ what’s the substrate⁉️ did you momigami it⁉️ sorry lots of questions… interesting procedure 😱 thx for sharing 🎉

      Sorry, I seemed to lose this comment, so am.late in a reply. The paper is Mulberry paper that has been Joomchied. See the video .- How to Felt Mulberry Paper. I used 600 GSM stretched water colour paper as the substrate. I stretched it and stuck all the collage on.
      Thanks for watching x All the best, Lou

    I loved all the textures of paper and color, but I did not like the lacy paper on top. It got dark and lot all the shapes and color under it. Sorry

    • @LouiseJannetta
      @LouiseJannetta  7 месяцев назад

      Hi, thanks for the feedback. I also was in two minds about covering up the shapes and colours beneath; it could have gone either way. Knowing how it turned out means that you watched it till the end, so many thanks and apologies for the slight disappointment. XXX😀
      This means we can go to it without the lacy paper next time. Thanks for commenting and watching, and I hope to hear from you again. All the very best, Louise X

      @@LouiseJannetta I still am inspired by your use of papers. I know it's a trial and error in art. Of course I will continue to watch your videos. Hope my opinions do not offend you. Thought you would like the input.
