Sir as you have mentioned in Shantabai case that a Act came up in M.P and these things were dissolved. Where, other party to case is State of Bombay. Please clear my doubt that how a case of Sate of Bombay got affected by Act of M.P.

Sir timber ko to 10 -12 saal lag jaate hai ugne me, to usko harvesting karne ka time hi to mila tha, movable kyu nahi mana gaya...jaise crops ko bhi 1 saal lag hi jata hai lagbhag, to crops ko bhi immovable manna chahiye, tab registration uska bhi karwae, ya to rent-tenant ke jaise 11 mahine ka agreement. Ye case bilkul samaj nahi aaya... immovable kyu mana gaya, jab uska harvesting time hi 10-12 saal hai, motive to sirf kaatna hi tha ek limited time ke baad, jab uska time period hi wahi hai harvesting ka???

must tou bhai exam dena bhi nahi hai, aur llb karna bhi nahi hai, the more specific relevant parts you write the more impressive your answer the more marks you get.
