I think this guy is a little off on his, "Nothing left to want for" comment. For starters. There's no traditional movie theater. I didn't see an office either. No gym with a sauna, so you are going to have to drive out to a gym which sucks. And that pool is kinda small for that 15 million dollar asking price. There's no bench seat in the Master closet, either. So, how do you put your shoes on? So, that's not really an accurate assessment IMO. Still an impressive, most impressive house though. That master suite/retreat is to die for! Is the glass tinted there? That gift wrapping room.......uhhhh...meh...? I don't know.....I guess it's cool. Would love to see a more in-depth walkthrough since there's a lot more to see. They should get Ckakits Krulsawat to do a walkthrough. He'll cover every inch of that property.

Whomever did the production on the staging of this video needs to take a few lessons before presenting a marketing piece valued at 14 million. Walk (run /Gib) through, cross to cross drop ins, inconsistent lines of focus, non linear (or rare) movements, reflections and a clear novice approach to capturing this footage could have been done on a IPhone better. An exposed mic on the presenter? A complete rookie mistake. And I see this in a LOT in current Home marketing. But alas brokers are cheap because they want that commission, so they employ those that are "cheaper" in rate. People who are actually interested in purchasing top tier homes want a top tier presentation. This should not be one of those examples

I see all the time 7 bedroom 10 bath 3 car garage and I think to myself, what the bloody hell was the builder thinking. At a min a 5+ mil house should have a garage that can house easily 5 cars.
