  • This was done on a whim without a timer, etc. and first try! International Deep Dish 45 LB Weight Plate. 38 Total reps done NON- STOP in 2 minutes and 35 seconds- time split of 30 reps in 2 minutes- which was my time target I set out to do. Old man with a very nice finish to a long workout! PR on 184# 3.5# SB Hold, some pinch, close grip, triceps, light shoulders and parallel to parallel Ironmind Axle Hammer curls 💪 Age 57, 3/4/24

    Impressive strength and endurance! I'd be happy with one good hub lift like that in my next grip medley.

      Thanks Doug for watching/commenting and appreciating🙏🦁🙏 You will do great on the plate hub! International plate is pretty darn easy - Marcy hub is even easier - but I can’t think of any hub that would be problematic for you. Finger walks with sledge, pony pinch are helpful for me along with very short fingers/thumbs 😁
