Some believe it protects them from evil eye however that is not true only thing that can protect you from evil eye is Allah through your athkar we cover Amannahs face for privacy reasons so people aren’t judging how she looks ect and to protect her hope this explains everything
Also a lot of non muslims people cover their babies face and some muslim people dont. Also some people are just weird and it can be a lot of creeps on the Internet so some people might do it for privacy and safety reasons

Salamu alaykum sister, in this video specifically the day before we had just humus and bread for Iftar and we mentioned how lucky we are just to have humus and in other videos we’ve always just had simple Iftar for example just soup we don’t ever indulge in crazy iftars but that day we just wanted to have some Somali food as it is a cuisine we enjoy and in the process we also support a Muslim owned business which inshallah through them making money they’ll give there Zak at and sadakah for Muslims in need barakallahufeek for the reminder our intention is never to showcase the food but to show and appreciate Somali food and support a Muslim business 🙏🏾
