I think this is the only fighting game character to have essentially a CONTINENTAL ban. He is banned in all arcades South of the border, from Mexico to Chile.

Fun fact: before XV, 95 was the only version of Omega Rugal that was tournament legal, simply because other characters could do crazy stuff in that game equal to what he could.
He only had a few gimmicks: God Press (meterless corner carry) And his unblockable projectile setup which was really only practical off certain setups, and on top of this all his normals were slow and most of them non cancellable, fortunately he managed to get some serious buffs in UM and UMFE making him an A tier character that was very strong, unfortunately he still lacks a proper anti air that is consistent as D genocide cutter is one of the most inconsistent anti airs in history and only used for reversals really, his only decent up close anti air is cl.A which is risky because you can sometimes get far A depending on spacing, so even with those buffs he was still never able to get a good anti air.

I played Vice in CVS2 and really enjoyed her, but I'm kind of more interested in getting my hands on her partner, Mature. I would LOVE to see Vice in 15, but I'm just a little more curious of the later

And 98. He wasn’t bad at all but normal rugal isn’t particularly amazing.
@@Neogears1312 Omega Rugal was banned, normal rugal wasn't, 98 rugal was absolutely trash, most commonly ranked as a bottom tier character
