    i had heart attack four years ago..I am 57 now...i am doing anulom vilom, bramari, omkara and shavasana since four years..but kapalbhati i started one week ago...is it okay for me to do Kapabati? some people say people with stent in heart should not do kapalbati? please help

      Kapalabhati Kriya is not good for Heart patients, better to practice Anuloma Viloma Pranayama
