Extreme flooding is ongoing in Houston due to a tropical rain band that has become stalled across portions of the metro. Near the intersection of Holmes Road and Interstate 610 water rescues were required with Houston Fire High Water Rescue vehicles penetrating deep into areas of high flood where water was multiple feet deep. Portions of major highways including sections of I-610 were closed due to high water.
Many stranded and flooded motorists required rescue.

So is a round deal city dealer and auction make money costumer always loose.

These floods, fires earthquakes, hurricanes, locust plagues, landslides, tornadoes etc
are just going to increase, and everything on earth will keep getting worse, as it has
all been prophesied to happen. and while mankind refuses to ACHKNOWLEDGE his
sin and turn back to GOD there will be no stopping these disasters. Seek the Lord
Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins through repentance & a humbled heart and you
will be forgiven & saved to everlasting life, but refuse and you condemn yourself to
everlasting torment. Repent, Believe in & on Jesus Christ & that He died for you, was
buried & ROSE again to life the 3rd day as it is written in the scriptures & call upon His
Holy name for remission of sins, then follow Him and you will be saved. Repent and
Believe the Gospel, be Born Again in Christ and be SAVED.

Why not say "flood rescue" instead of "high water rescue". Why can't Americans just stick to the normal language instead of trying to make their situation sound somehow different from everywhere else. It's flooding Texas. Saying it's high water makes the reader perceive there to be a low water mark and yet there is no such thing. The flooding isn't normal but if people believe that it is then no one addresses the problem. That is I think why oil states like Texas want to create the perception that there is nothing odd about the recent years of flooding. That is completely irresponsible. They create a fire department that deals with flooding which FYI should be part of normal fire and rescue training but just because the Texans/Americans watev want to make the crew appear like a normality they give it a classy name. High water rescue. That is a stupid name. If water is a danger it doesn't matter how high it is so why use the adjective? Why not just call it flood rescue? Its familiar dumbass's....Obviously I respect the work the rescuers do. This is not a rant against them. It's the authorities that need a cup of reality tea and to stop turning everything into some some of ratings gainer.
