They are full adults with no guidance. Her department decided to work with that age group and give the young offenders support to combat recidivism(returning to jail). Then get laws passed to squash corruption that will be challenged in court. Lawsuits at election time come too late and never work for current election. Need better recruiting and persuasion and laws to guide these processes. We are not gone yet, but this one will be the hardest because dems won't underestimate Trump a second time.
