  • Meditation ke Part 1 mein humne dekha benefits of meditation, this video is about the right procedure to perform Meditation. So this video is also all about Meditation.
    This meditation session will be specially for our lovely students, where we will be teaching how to perform meditation.
    Methods of meditation:
    ● The Balloon,
    ● Guided,
    ● Mindfulness,
    ● Body Scan,
    ● Walking,
    ● Loving-kindness, and
    ● Transcendentalism
    are meditation methods that can be performed by us.
    Some tips jisse aap chote baccho ko meditation perform karne me madad kar sakte hein:
    ● Prefer the The Balloon, Guided, body scan and transcendental methods on little ones.
    ● Help learn to take deep breaths for at least 15 days.
    ● Tell them to spend quiet time with themselves, just sit and think about yourself , your likes, dislikes, etc.
    ● Built a nature close for them.
    ● Lie down comfortably and take a few deep breaths. Focus on one of the feet and tense and squeeze it tight for two deep breaths. Relax it and feel the tension being released as you exhale slowly. Repeat the same with the other foot and continue the process, moving up the body at points such as the calves, knees, thighs, hips and so on.
    ● Try the lotus breath with them, Children are instructed to make the lotus mudra by touching their thumbs and pinkies together to create a lotus. Then, they are asked to take a deep breath and imagine the flower’s fragrance and how they feel after smelling it.
    That’s it friends, baki I think parents and teachers better know about their students, they are more than capable to make their child perform Meditation.
