@@FIDFixitDennis sir added question po if nka open yun aircon mo while driving then namatayan ka ng makina need mo din ba iturn off un aircon bago ka ulet mag start or no need na nde ba mkakasira sa aircon unit if nde mo sya pinatay.TIA

Actually nasa iyo yan pro it would take too much time para marestart mo ang engine dahil may additional steps involved kana.. kung nasa heavy traffic ka at uphill pa baka mafrustrate na yung mga kasunod mong drivers by the time na makarestart ka ng engine.
And besides I dont think may masamang epekto sa aircon components ng sasakyan yan kung meron man minimal lang dahil nakawarm-up na ang components nito dahil galing kana sa takbo.

Pero sabi nyo sa video nyo sir kapag namatayan ka makina in uphill,downhill or patag ay pwede kahit d ka na pumunta sa neutral kung magstart kna makina. Ang recovery ko ay di na rin ako pumupunta sa neutral.For example in uphill namatayan ako ginagawa ko ay clutch all dway down 1st gear then start.Yon na kasi ginagawa ko mula nong napanood ko ang video nyo Sir.

Sir Dennis Question again: Sa Matic na sasakyan at yong mga may Hill Assist Device, pag nag off sila sa break naka stand still parin sya dahil sa Hill Assist, yong Advance method nang Manual katumbas lang rin ba nang Hill Assist sa Matic?.. at ilang secs ba sa advance method ma e lipat mo yong break to Gas? Salamat po..

No idea sa hill assist kc honestly dipa ako nakasubok although alam ko kung para saan at paano gamitin based kn my research.. pagdating nman sa advance mode na paglipat ng kanang paa fron break to gas upon holding the clutch sa biting point it should not take you more than a second to do so kc holding the clutch at biting point ng sobrang tagal like more than 5seconds could result ng overheating the clutch friction material.

@@FIDFixitDennis , Ito pa poh sensya na, nalilito lang, kasi sabi mo 5secs holding the clutch..nasusunog ba sya pag inapakan mo pabalik like an Inch or 2 inches pa baba?.. kasi pagkaka intindi ko nasusunog pag nag crank to biting point.. ang d ko lang alam nasusunog parin ba sya kng aapakan mo kng sa tantsa ay 5secs na.. salamat poh nang marami.

Tama yung aalisin mo din sya sa biting point kapag alam mong nagtatagal kana like sa traffic or kapag umaatras ka ng mabagal.. you do not need to press the clutch all the way down.. pwedeng laliman molang ng kaunti tapak para mawala sya sa biting point mararamdaman mo nman yun.. yung 5seconds rule ko sa biting point works on most cars pro depende din sa modelo at age ng sasakyan.. just dont give too much rev sa engine when you release the clutch sa biting point para di agad tumaas ang temp.

Isa pa po sir dennis, need pa po ba mag clutch all the way down sa pag start ng engine kahit naman po nasstart yung sasakyan kahit di po nag clutch all the way down. Samin po kasi ertiga kahit di po mag clutch all the way down nasstart po

Kung initial start up ok lang nman just be sure na nasa neutral ang transmission.. but in this case kc namatayan ka ng makina kaya instead of putting the transmission to neutral we just press the clutch all the way down and restart the engine.

@@FIDFixitDennis Sinasabi mo po kasi na clutch all the way para di magjerk pagkastart ang kotse. Parang footbrake po ata tinutulukoy mo kasabay ng pagstart ng kotse when nagstall sa flat road.
@@YAKKEEMZ ahh.. you need to press the clutch all the way down bago mo start ulit makina.. that way nakaengage man ang transmission gear ay di magjejerk ang sasakyan. You also need to press the foot brake para sure na di magroll ang sasakyan considering na dimo innengage ang handbrake

Depende sa sitwasyon, if tou have the time then do it pro kung nasa uphill ka at may nakatutok sa likuran mo ay dimo na maiisip pa yan.. anyway di nman tayo palagi nmamatayn ng makina so turning the aircon off and on kapag namatayan is not a big deal and would not do significant damage to the car.
