    I've been getting this for the past month or so... It only started happening after I wouldn't allow Meta to use my images in their AI generators. As anyone else had this problem after opting out of it?

    I have that problem, Insta disabled my account. No way to text them back or explanation what tf is happening

      How long has your account been disabled? Yeah that's the frustrating part, Meta's customer service is non-existent which is very unprofessional.

    How do you remove these "extensions" you keep talking about? I continually get the "We suspect automated behavior, etc" and have changed my password and checked my account login activity but found nothing sketchy. Next will be to try to remove extensions but I have no clue what that means :)

      Are you using Google Chrome? If so, you can put this into your URL address bar: chrome://extensions/

    I m continusly getting this message i dont use any third party or vpn i changed my account password 3 times but still getting the message

      Yah me too!! Is instagram having an issue recently or something,, at first 3 days ago i just was checking my social media and i opened instagram i saw my profile pic was changed!! And i was following a lot of people that i am pretty sure I didn’t follow, I don’t even know them,, so i just changed my password and checked my number and email and set everything right , I thought that i was hacked or something but I’m sure no one even knew my account and i have never opened any links , and yesterday i just had this massage of them “ we suspect … “ , that’s weird

    thanks, I just realized it after finding this video. it turns out there is a safefrom helper extension in my firefox on & I forgot to remove it.

    Actually i accidentally downloaded the third party application but after i get to know i deleted that application but couldn't delete the account on that application. I changed my insta pass... will it sill affect my account??

    started getting this message on the web version these past few days, keeps logging me out after signing in. changed password yesterday, and the message is still back today. not using any extensions or connected to other devices, only using it on google chrome. how do we fix this problem, there's no way to connect meta as well.

      Are you using an antivirus program by any chance? That's literally the only thing that i have running on my computer and I'm starting to think it might be what's causing the error, but I have no way to really confirm this.

      @@xkappax i'm using avast antivirus. have you tried turning off the antivirus, did it work? it's so frustrating, i just tried logging in, and they kept logging in out within a few seconds.

    I just had this happen to me, does that mean I’m banned right now? I use Chrome for a long time and never had this done before. I changed my password so am I ok now?

      No you're not banned. Are you still able to use Instagram after you press Dismiss?

    Also don't like or comment in IG content too often in too short a period of times. Sounds dumb but it's what I've seen in other vids about this often

    What if it shows me that my phone/PC is logged into the account, but in a completely different location than it actually is? Maybe this is the problem, how to fix it?

      Unfortunately there's no fix, still happening to a lot of people.

    I got this message this morning, tried changing my password but to no avail. My page can't refresh, it's showing Locked but people can still view my profile that means it's not disable. Please what can i do?

      I'm still getting that message every day. Did you try changing your password using the 'Forgotten your password' method?
