In eOffice File Management System, we saw earlier about Digital Signatures in detail in various videos and many people find it very challenging as it is typical to use as there are so many dependencies on Java and many configurations are needed to be done to use digital tokens for digital signing or DSC Signing and then DSC Signer Service is also need to be configured.
Then concept of eSign came which has resolved so many concerns which are with digital signing using digital tokens. CDAC is the eSign Service Provider. It is very easy to use just by entering OTP received against official Aadhaar Number that received on Mobile. There are many benefits of using eSign and all that have been discussed in this video.
In eOffice File Management System, how to use these options has been shown in this video in very simple steps live demo with discussion in detail so that it can be easily understand.

Great informative video. Suppose, in my office neither dsc has registered with e-office nor esign implemented. In this situation, can draft or letter be sent? if yes, then how the recepient will see the letter signature portion? Shall above portion of office seal in draft be remain blank or can we write Sd/- there?
Another question, suppose, one note sheet has prepared.. alongwith the note sheet, 100 cps attached and both notesheet and cps will be forwarded with a letter. In this case, shall we prepare draft? and if yes, how the recepient can see notesheet, cps and letter at a time??

If both are not used only the sender name and designation will be shown. Or whatever has been configured will be shown.
Complete file is moved. If draft is there or not there, whatever is in file will exactly shown to the user. I suggest you to see complete playlist where in demo one by one I have taken various concepts which will make you more clear and doubt free.

@@eofficegovinfohand Thanks for reply. In the instance case of my office, can I scan normal letter with manual signature and upload the same in e-office as draft. I can do the same without putting manual memo number on the letter as automatic memo number will be created in the draft in e-office.
