El techo de arriba yo no lo haría muy pesado, buscaría una opción diferente para ya no poner más cemento que agregue más peso a la estructura. Piénsenlo ya que también ahorraría más tiempo y más dinero y la haría más segura.
Hola Fidel ahorita en estos tiempos de lluvia debes tapar provisionalmente con unas laminas la escalera para que no se te meta el agua y no dañe lo que ya has revisado ví en otro vídeo que se te mete el agua y no falle lo aya echo es una sincera opinión esperando que te sirva gracias y ánimo con la milpa y tu casa un trabajo arduo.

We built a house in Abilene Texas made of concrete, the house was so warm in the winter, due to the fact, that there was Styrofoam used in the walls, and ceiling for insulation. I'm not sure if Fidel knows about homes built that way.

I love the sloped roof that resembles an American build. Most home in Mexico are just flat. Está quendando con madres Fidel.
Sloped concrete roofs are harder to build so it adds to the cost. I've only seen ppl w/ billetes build houses like that.
