Great demo! I like that you explored the ramp feature using the footswitch. One thing I didn't get from the manual is the process for setting the parameters you want to alter using the ramp with the footswitch. Do you hold the ramp switch down change a knob and then release?
It's easier than that, actually. Head to the last page of the user interface to select momentary or latching mode for the ramp and to set the ramp time. Then set the rest of the knobs on the pedal for the first setting you want. Fire the ramp by holding the left foot switch, and when it stops moving you can set the knobs on the pedal for the second setting. That's it! You can also clear the ramp by going to the last page and setting the ramp trigger to *CLR, then fire the ramp one time to clear both settings. It takes longer to explain it than it does to do it!
@@AlexanderPedalsUSA Thanks, so much for the info, you are so helpful! It took me a few trys to see what you meant, but now I think I've got it. There is so much packed into this pedal, you should be proud!
@@naryanclaudy2116 Thanks! I didn’t use any other pedals here. Rewind is in the fx loop of my HX Stomp and the Stomp is only running amp and cab simulation.
I’ve been comparing the two in my head since I got the Rewind and I must say it’s hard to decide. I think they’re very close. Rewind has more presets available if that’s important to you. Rewind doesn’t have a wide stereo image in all modes while Orca has a wide stereo image in all modes.
@@DoNoise appreciate the reply. The complexity of the rewind is appealing but the smaller display hinders it a lot. I’ll probably go with the orca on the coming weeks. Thanks again!
You really explore and expose the creative potential of all the effects you work with and this piece on the Rewind is no exception. Awesome work! 😉
Thank you, I really appreciate it!
Very nice and thoroughly explained, as usual! 🙂
Thank you!

Muy bueno 👌
This sounds amazing . Wondering what other amp and guitars and pedals you are using to support it
It sounds at one point like there is a chorus title on here. Just checking to see if that’s accurate or not.

Generally bad experiences with Alexander pedals for me but this looks nice..I ll give it a go and hopefully I won't be regretting the dollars spent
Hope this one works out alright
@DoNoise I won't risk it after all. Getting habit and thermea tomorrow as they popped up in very good prices.
Looking for something to cover the basics really well and be adjusted on the fly, would you take the rewind or the gfi orca?

This or the Dreadbox Raindrops?
Hard to say. Rewind is more versatile and can cover more. Raindrops is more focused on a couple of things and is simpler.
