Sorry bud but nowt but gimmicks, gadgets and gizmos, all just for camping comfortably, might as well stay at home, in a real SHTF scenario an EMP would render most vehicles unusable, iff a motor survived, driving about with anything like those would be a massive target for everyone still alive, it's all unnecessary crap for people to spend their money on, WWlll is looking like a real possibility nowadays, a comfortable camper van/truck is not a necessity it's just pure luxury at great expense, a toy for people to waste their money on, sorry if I'm sounding negative but I'm a realist mate and people need to learn how to rough it and survive with hardly anything, the last thing you want is a big driving target, oops that sounds like a dig but it's just my opinion bud, atb.
Neanderthal62 Outdoors I look at it as another option. I can rough it so the more options the better and it has a use in the mean time. If anything happened I'm fat enough out the way I can drive off road for miles and be out the way and not be found so it's one more fall back for me. I can still grab a bag from the camper and walk out.
