This conversation gives me so much hope as someone who struggles with anxiety too. Thank you Fearn for discussing mental health so openly. Thank you Frankie for your brave and honest account. I have hope for the future of mental health - you are absolute role models. I just wish more people could access services.

Thank you both for being so honest such an amazing chat 🙂
Great, informative chat! Thanks both for refreshing honesty making mental health issues relatable and getting difficult topics out there to be discussed x
Refreshingly honest, thank you ladies. I'm not in a position to pay for psychology etc. I'm sure that would help. Have been to counsellors and done CBT but they haven't got to the root cause of my depression and anxiety. So much more to try. I'll check out MIND.
Your very very interesting talk especially to the beautiful frankie bridge whom is a great and brilliant woman so are you xxxxx your both great and amazingly brilliant xxxxxxxxx
This is amazing information! Really enjoyed the chat!!
I really enjoyed watching your videos.. .
Sobriety is a very helpful tool for treating anxiety and depression. Exercise is also a very helpful tool, as is a healthy diet, meditation, cold showers (Wim Hoff method, that guy is a genius), a healthy sleep routine, and TALKING! Talking to close family members and/or friends.
You have nothing to lose by living a healthy lifestyle, and it really does help a great deal, as opposed to using alcohol, drugs, junk food etc. I would also highly recommend avoiding coffee if you suffer from anxiety. Jordan Peterson (a well-known professor of psychology) recommends that people who are prone to anxiety should eat a protein-heavy breakfast. He's right, that certainly calms anxiety down, especially if you combine everything else (cold showers, good sleep routine, living a sober lifestyle, and meditation). Discipline and routine are also key tools to use for combating anxiety and depression.
How can I watch this back after the live event has finished? Thanks :)
Yes you can! They'll be available on my RUclips x
not relevant, but I LOVE that desk lamp!!
Insatiable.......
