Probably I weight the same as you or more. Keep up the good work. Take it 1 step at the time. As a big player i try to move but not to drastically or else you will get injured same as me. As long you enjoy the game. That is more important. Everything else will progress.
Swinging between 700 to 900 although I think I deserve more but I get too tired and lose focus LOL What is your recommendation to raise my rating? I practice new serves and new tricks on my table tennis robot and trying to lose weight.
@@cem3653 I have to choose a playing style that matches my weight and age maybe increase my spin and choose a serve that is difficult to return. Aiming deep to the corners of the table and try not to miss any shot. Smash hard when I have the chance. I will keep thinking and training till I become unbeatable!
@@MahmoodElnasser Right now you have pretty good touch but to produce more consistent and better quality shots you need to improve your mobility. It's kind of hard to play at a higher level if you can't move around and use more weight transfer instead of just your arm in your shots. Remember the most important thing in weight loss is being in a calorie deficit, that could mean eating less calories or exercising more.

i would recommend trying to move a little, it can help you lose more weight and it's good overall for your game
