GTA 5 - MTA Buses refuses to make way for a fire truck

It's so absurd to see people not making way for emergency vehicles responding to calls in GTA 5. Whenever you see an emergency vehicle with lights and sirens, you pull to the right. It isn't plain hard. However these two MTA buses (both are Orion VII Old Gens: 3761 on the Q111 and 6800 on the B84) refused to make way for the responding fire truck. It wasn't until at least 1 minute into the video that 6800 actually maked way for the fire truck.
To anyone curious, the texture for the fire truck is actually in Philly Fire Department livery. I used the templated version of the default fire truck by Thero to make this texture. If you want just the template by Thero, for the default fire truck itself, here is the link: www.gta5-mods....
The siren is a Whelen 295 and I added to the game myself using Audacity to record the sounds and then make the tracks mono so that I can add it to my game.

I made the MTA bus livery myself, which can be found here: www.gta5-mods.... (note that it doesn't come with the more realistic Luminator destination signs to make it more realistic. Luminator destination sign font is by BenTheMiner. Without him, the font wouldn't have existed and it will be hard for me to find a Luminator sign font)
