Because her Japanese and English voice actors are the same person, this character is the best an anime dub can be.

I finished watching the Tomo-chan series last week but still needed some Carol time today. She comes across as such an airhead, but it’s just super sweet naïveté…she’s pretty damned astute in that series and helps her friends alot. The world needs more Carols.

They really needed a clip with Tomo's mom reacting to Carol as well! To highlight that the three are really just clones of their moms! We saw it with Mizuzu's mom, and when we saw Carol and her mom, but didn't see Tomo's mom!
