In recent years RUclips has been actively encouraging and supporting the vast plethora of rip-off channels uploading without consent our original works. These channels are often rewarded with thousands of subscribers and views into the millions…and all at the expense of writers and composers, many who will go unmentioned on these channels with no help from YT’s content ID system that invariably fails to recognise the true source of the music. THIS HAS TO STOP or we will cease to exist…or become so discouraged we will simply stop creating…or at least uploading on FREE streaming platforms.
