    I enjoy watching you do this as they grow instead of before and after only. We have been searching these of showing the day by day or during the growth

    I need help, is there anyway to grow the strawberries outside in the tower? I bough many strawberries but weather has not been helping. Should i rinse off the dirt that it came in or put them in the pod? are you able to grow from other seedings outside? sorry i mostly see indoor growing.

    I saw you also have a nook. Have you tried growing strawberries in them, and do you think the nook could handle it if not? From your experience

      No. I haven't yet. But it should work.

    Love it! It seems like the frequent water changes aren't necessary. I'm going to try that next time around 😊

    im growing some kratky..they are healthy but no fruit just runners sadly...im thinking of moving them to a aerogarden type system to see if they fruit.

    • @littletechgirl2
      @littletechgirl2  Год назад +1

      You could cut the runners off and root them elsewhere. Then the plant can redirect its energy into flowers. Are they everbearing?

      @@littletechgirl2 I put the runners outside..dunno if the will survive Minnesota winter but we will see..they were some bare roots my wife got from Wally world on sale...lol..I know nothing about strawberries.

    Are the cups easy to remove from the farmstead? I have the Lettuce Grow Nook and the cups are TIGHT and so hard to remove. Thanks!

    • @littletechgirl2
      @littletechgirl2  Год назад

      The original cups are very easy to pull out. The Nook comes with those new cups that snap in. But I believe if you wanted to you could probably use the original cups as well if it bothers you.

    I just spent 200 days from seed to get the world's smallest strawberries. So mad lol. They are like candy but not what I was hoping for.

      200 days?? Wow! I have not tried them from seed yet. However I do have some seeds so I will have to experiment.

      @@littletechgirl2 Hi, thank you so much for your wonderful videos. Do you have any videos on growing cucumbers hydroponically? I have tried to grow them indoors six times and failed horribly each time. I haven't gotten even one fruit, and I am well past 200 days' worth of attempts. All of the varieties are parthenocarpic cucumbers, but that still didn't work. The fruit always dies as babies. If you have any advice, I welcome it. Thanks, and thank you for being such an inspiration.
      @offswitch1 I feel your pain. I'm more sad than mad, but I loveeee cucumbers, so I am going to keep trying. Don't give up on your strawberries. I'm new to all of this, so I don't have much advice, so all I can say is hang in there. Hopefully, you could add something to improve the size. I'll give growing some berries a try, too, and maybe I can also learn something to share. Good luck!!
