Awesome review! I display my Blitzway Voltron in Lion flying mode. My SOC and LEGO in robot mode. I did not use the stickers nor the lights. Had a bad experience of battery leaking and messing up my DX Voltes V
This figure looks really nice, but I still have notes. They need to offer larger heads for red and green when in voltron mode. For some reason I dont like that grey plastic for the lion shoulder weapons. Should have been either chromed or gunmetal. . I personally dont care about LED, but if you add it, it should be brighter than what I am seeing on red and green I would rather you not add it personally. The blue and yellow lion have head weapons on the OG toys. I wish the figurines were in the original ending cartoon poses, but thats just a personal preference. All that being said, this is the most perfect version of Voltron that I have seen produced.
It's a nice looking figure, love how it transforms to be accurate, and it's got all of the accessories it used throughout the show. Not keen on the pin batteries though, and I would be fine without light-up features. (I tend to forget about batteries in my collection, and hoo boy, has that come back to bite me recently...) The hold-up for me though is the price, even at $600 that's a lot for a toy. My War For Cybertron Trilogy Unicron is about the extent of which I'm willing to pay for, and that was $500. This thing is priced more than some video game consoles, and I'm balking at paying for current gen consoles as it is. Those I know would keep me coming back, while I might mess around with this thing for an hour at max, and then put it on display for the rest of time. (Unless I do a photo comic, in which case it would get much more use when it's time for it to appear in the story.) So, this is a crying pass for me, as I love Voltron, but it's too rich for my blood. If it were on sale at $300 though, I would go for it. Perhaps I shall wait for a sale close to that at $350, otherwise, it will not be in my collection any time soon...
I absolutely love the blitz away Voltron action figure it’s the best Voltron that is out by four. My only complaint is the Voltron paladins. I’m a huge fan of all five of them six rather, I wish that page princess Alora hunk Lance and Kate were articulated and I wish That they were the ones that can go inside the action figures that would have been lit but it’s a phenomenon, action figure overall Love the review I’m definitely gonna Get Blitz way Voltron
Now if we could get this kind of love for the Netflix design. I love the OG but the newer look just vibes with me. But Jesus they really went all out on this release, absolutely beautiful.
The one thing about this figure that I can't get out of my head that troubles me it's not a big problem it's just it's not anime accurate the figure is awesome but the cockpit placement is not accurate the cockpits for the pilots are in the heads of the Lions and the fact that they didn't give you a choice of having an alternate pilot for the blue lion it only comes with princess allura when Sven is the original pilot of the blue lion so a Sven figure should have been included
Great minds think alike. I'm glad I didn't apply my stickers. I kind of jumped the gun paid from mine upfront at Bluefin. Then I saw other stores had him for cheaper after release. It's all good. I'll finally start on CCS Shin Getter 1 review for my fellow chogokin bro!

Dang these wolves look awesome. Honestly wasn’t mush a Voltron’s fan it was okay to watch. But I LOVE the action figures.

I like to say that Voltron is anime Power Rangers. Because it basically is that to a tee.
The anniversary edition came out at Walmart for 40 bucks and you gotta sell some organs to buy any voltron that's worth it..

Nah. I'd leave the stickers off. Since this has such a strong anime look it makes more sense to not use them.

IMHO this voltron just got overhyped... ThreeZero is way better and much cheaper.......
