Have you ever been in a situation where you want to watch more kitchen hack testing videos? Well here's the playlist for all the others to date if you'd like to see some other attempts! ruclips.net/video/jdKv_PUEL90/видео.html
You don't eat the core of a pineapple so Id have thought u should probably have cored it first the centre would be what was bitter and rock hard stopping u from blending easy
These are some real unintelligent ideas... It's a We're-1st-World-So-Let's-Just-Waste-Lots-Of-Food kinda video... these aren't hacks... well, maybe they're genius hacks in the Idiocracy movie!
The hand blender trick would probably be best with a watermelon or soft fruit haha. A pineapple sort of means you’re blending and drinking the core too.
I love seeing becky get more comfortable in front of the camera. In the beginning she was so shy, and I love seeing her just having fun and laughing a lot. Makes me happy too 😊
3:46, Mrs B just casually swearing at us 🤣🤣🤣 also the fact that these two are married and yet they still sip from separate straws (although after this year I don’t blame you) 😂
I feel like these 2 might have been a bit tipsy during the making of this video. They are having way too much fun over the smallest of things lol. Love you guys. Cheers from Texas!
Mrs. B is getting more savage with each new kitchen hack video & I'm here for it!! I was watching some old videos she did last night & the difference is unbelievable. She's so confident whereas before she was timid. I'm absolutely loving the "I don't give a 🤬" Mrs. B ❤️❤️.
6:09 save yourself the hassle of cleaning and just put a bunch of marshmallows in a bowl the microwave instead. I usually do it as a snack when marshmallows are available.
Interestingly, Ann Reardon (How to Cook That channel) did the marshmallows in the waffle iron in her video today too. She did not enjoy having to clean it afterward.
Seeing you guys having so much fun together makes me smile. As always, love your vids (I turn off my adblocker for yt because of you!) - keep them coming (:
Actually I can totally see the cake mug hack coming in handy at an adult party when things are wrapping up & people have been drinking so having precision of ank kind & handling knives isn't happening. Just grab a mug & have drunk cake scoops.
I've used tape to open jars before, but I'd never, in a million years, have thought that a paper one would be strong enough! Also, that Tea Party joke was superb:D
For a simple easy Mac and cheese, line an aluminum foil pan with slices of cheese while cooking the macaroni. When the pasta is ready, drain and pour over the cheese. Allow to sit for a minute or two and then stir and ENJOY! When it's all done, just wash out the pot and throw out the aluminum pan and all done!!
You may as well just put the cheese into the pot and then put the drained pasta back into the pot. The heat from the pot will start the cheese melting and the pasta will finish it off 🙂 that way nothing needs recycling and it's only a bowl/plate extra needing to be washed
Handy tip! If you have smoke detectors and the like on batteries, change the batteries on the first day of December. Every year. Definitely needed in a house where burning toasters are a thing... ;-)
@@OfficialPotato1 they do but you should change the batteries yearly anyway in case there’s a fault. You should also test all of your alarms on a monthly basis 🙂
@@kezlou87 I'm fully aware of that. What I'm saying is the whole point of the detectors being made to beep when the batteries are low is so that it can't be missed or forgotten which means you wouldn't have to change them every year .
A hack for cookie cutters that you're pushing through tougher stuff or pressing shapes is using a rolling pin to push them down so they don't cut into your hand.
I don’t normally comment but this is Just what I needed only just started watching but I needed something to cheer me up as I was just broken up with a couple hours ago. That chocolate cake looks good right now. Hope everyone in the Lewis family are all well xxxxxx
The best thing for opening jars is one of the cheap £1 tin openers. Use the hook thingy on the handle to just break the seal on the jar, works every time
The electric can opener gadget you reviewed on one of you videos has really helped my nan she was complaining about not being able to open this one jar of pickled onions and coz I saw ur video I knew what to get her to help she was determined for me not to pay for it 🤣 but I wouldn't take her money lol. Thank you for the work you put in to ur videos 🥰 been here since the video of phoebe swearing 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lol. Just finished watching the latest video by Ann Reiden How to Cook That, and she was debunking baking videos, and one of them was cooking Marshmallows on a waffle iron..
Anyone who "slices" into a cake like that my house at random is gonna get tossed out to the curb. If you're gonna eat a cake like that everybody's gotta be on board, because you're not gonna get the same portion sizes.
Why yes Mrs B, I HAVE been in a situation. Many, in fact! Speaking of which, have you ever been in a situation where you had to kill a robot hitman from the future? *Mrs B:* "I'm gonna make mac 'n' cheese and no-one's gonna stop me!"
Jar opening kitchen hack: use a silicone baking glove, or even a (piece of) silpat to get a better grip on the lid. As long as you're not accidentally gripping the glass, it should go easy. It also works with other stuff that's stuck because you can't get the traction to pull/turn it.
Depending on the type of frozen pizza crust try cutting it out before baking it. Also bake it on a sheet or pan when you put it on the rack directly it makes it crispier. You could also maybe par cook it cut it out and finish it
All you need to open a jar is a tea spoon, you push it between the glass jar and the lid under the rim like a tiny crowbar and it breaks the air seal and you the lid rise and makes that pop sound. 👍🏻
Using the cookie cutters on the pizza might be easier if you use a rolling pin to press down? And the macaroni in the cheese is a scaled-down version where a massive wheel of parmigiano reggiano or another similar cheese is used to prepare your pasta table side. It's called "pasta alla ruota" and I had to look it up on the Googles to make sure I knew what I was talking about.
Dropping chunks of the pineapple in a normal blender would have been a good idea also. Is it just me or has the word hack shifted to now mean - way fo doing something in a slower, messier, less efficient way?
@@mandyheart8754 It definitely seems that way! Some of them are also downright dangerous. Howtocookthat is a channel that has all sorts of videos, but one sub-set is debunking a lot of the content farm videos. I see some crossover of her testing hacks as well as Barry here.

Next time do the sam thing you did for pineapple but for watermelon
It's cool seeing how Mrs. B has gotten more comfortable on camera.
yeah
I think she’s high
But no better at identifying the effectiveness of a hack.,,
Yes! Literally glowing in this video
She used to be so timid and quiet, now she's kind of come out of her shell
No I haven’t ever been in that situation but it’s fun to watch people pretend they would be in that situation and make a video about it 😃😂
Exactly lol
1000%!!
I love the interaction between you two on camera! Mrs B seems much more confident on camera and the humour really works 😁

It's a cup cake, literally ✨
Man, that whole cake would fit in a sports direction mug. 😂

5:23 🤣🤣🤣 you guys are too funny. Thanks for brightening my day! 🌻
seeing you and Mrs B laugh warms my heart ❤
Interestingly, Ann Reardon (How to Cook That channel) did the marshmallows in the waffle iron in her video today too. She did not enjoy having to clean it afterward.
That cake one at a kid's birthday party seems possibly much cleaner! Mrs B for the win again!

Mrs.B is hilarious and adorable.
With the form cutters - have a rubber mallet in the house. They're great for things like that.
I love when Mrs. B gets in on the hack videos. She’s so cute and funny. I can definitely see why you all married each other.

Well done Mrs B, aced it again!
I love you two. I'd watch this stuff all day long. You two are relationship goals.
The tiktok version of the cake cutting hack last year was using champagne flutes. Much smaller portions and prob more fitting for a party
Yessss, a glass of port and kitchen hacks testing video. 👌🍷 maybe I won't try them at home for now 😂
At time mark 10:11 Barry looks scared of the impending mess. Good one Mrs B.
A hack for cookie cutters that you're pushing through tougher stuff or pressing shapes is using a rolling pin to push them down so they don't cut into your hand.
If possible, flip the pizza over and cut from the back. It's very niche-- cold pizza that you need in fancy shapes
To open tough jars, just tap around the lid with a knife (to make little dents all around it) and it'll open right away
Love the Bazza a Mrs B episodes always get a laugh🤣😂🤣👌👌👌👌
Mrs b never fails! The thing might but not her! She rocks!
I think the jar one was pretty cool, kind of reminds me of pull-starting an engine, but with less vroom... :P
And if there is "vroom", chuck the jar out, it has *definitely* gone bad.
Best ever line right at the end regarding Boston 😂
Literally watch the two of you for the LOLs....the hacks are a bonus
Marshmallow fluff and cream cheese mixed makes the most awesome fruit dip.
If you are reading this, I wish you and your loved ones a very beautiful and happy future. Stay Blessed ❤️

Wifey straight dunking on Ashens.
The mug cake hack would be perfect for chucking in custard and sticking in the microwave 👍🏻
Some are cool and some are crazy . You guys are fun to watch
I watched the Ashens video of will it waffle. I also liked the "will this premade sandwich, toastie"
I always microwave cake. 10 seconds for a slice of cake makes it AMAZING!

I can tell this is going to be a good one , love you and Mrs B, Barry! :)

The sounds in 10:56 are absolutely amazing, I haven't laughed this hard in ages
My favorite was the pizza and the cake. Great for kids
They look so simple but really good ideas 😆
Boston's tea party- pugs destroying tea since 1773
This is the video we all need haha love it
The "what?!?!" at 10:03 killed me
I like how Mrs B not only picks good hacks but also picks one with a bit of danger to satisfy Barry.
Anyone who "slices" into a cake like that my house at random is gonna get tossed out to the curb. If you're gonna eat a cake like that everybody's gotta be on board, because you're not gonna get the same portion sizes.
Boston’s tea party. Not to be confused with the Boston Tea Party. 😂

Italians litterally screaming at this
I love these videos! Great hacks as always. ❤️🤩

Even just a regular rubbee glove will work. Easiest way to open jars

I Love You Two Hello from Newfoundland Canada! STONKIN!
Such a good tagline! 😂
Cookie cutter pizza is an absolute blast in my humble opinion! :D
This is gonna be Mrs B's channel before long! 😂❤
All you need to open a jar is a tea spoon, you push it between the glass jar and the lid under the rim like a tiny crowbar and it breaks the air seal and you the lid rise and makes that pop sound. 👍🏻
"Have you ever been in a situation?"
Yes. And I do not recommend. lol
This is my favorite series

Lol y'all having too much fun doing those hacks today 🎄✌💖💪👨🍳🎅🚌👍
With the pineappel you're drinking all core!!
2:55. i just use a pair of tinsnips to open jars.
I think the pineapple one might have been better if the core was cut out first. While edible, it isn't ideal for blending.
Core... edible...? nah... and also not bendable
Dropping chunks of the pineapple in a normal blender would have been a good idea also. Is it just me or has the word hack shifted to now mean - way fo doing something in a slower, messier, less efficient way?

To open a jar, jam a butter knife between the jar and the lid and angle the knife handle away from the jar till you hear the seal pop
To get the pizza shapes out, you should lick the back of the pizza. It'll come out so much easier.
If you cored the pineapple first it probably wouldve been good... But you whizzed up the fibrous core along with the fruit
The cookie cutters may of worked better on a non-thin crust pizza.
For the jar just turn it upside down and smack the bottom of it firmly a few time and it opens much easier
"Have you ever been in a situation where you can't open a lid and have to get your husband to open it? Just wrap tape around the lid.. and still have to get your husband to open it" haha
I adore her shirt so much! Where did you get it?
The brand is naketano
I just bang the jar on the lid part on the work top!!!!
Love has Mrs.B is loads more comfortable
That's a lot of situations! 😂💖
So you ruin an entire block of cheese for a bowl of mac'n'cheese? No. Just grate what you need over the warm macaroni...
Have you ever been in a situation where you wanted a pizza, but all you have is Cheerios, condensed milk, and Jamaican jerk sauce?
Have you ever been in a situation where you needed to cut up some vegetables, but all you have is a rice cooker and kitchen twine?
Marshmallow Fluff waffle maker idea: butter outsides of two pieces of bread with mini marshmallows in the middle
Gotta appreciate a good Airplane-reference!
homemade Fluff: melt marshmallows in a double boiler then stir in water. this will keep it soft.
Rewatching this after a long time do you know what would have made the pizza cookie cutter hack more fun? Wailing on the back of the cookie cutter with a rubber mallet. XD
While laughing my head off it (my head) was also shaking from side to side in disbelief. BTW I am a person who hates waste!
In the kitchen we smack on the under side of a pot than it goos easy open
Best mug cake ever!
