Instant paper to money could work in Dollars in the UK, most coin workers use US currency replicas in the UK so maybe as a finish to a misers dream or some such could work or even as a routine where you change the silver dollars that you made appear into their paper version. I think I just convinced myself to buy it :)
I don’t know the method of the elephant trick, but once you do the impromptu method of Milton Kort that’s all you need it’s brilliant . I did it about 25 years ago there’s nothing better. Although if I remember rightly you have to be sitting with Korts method.
