One of my favourite sets from y'all. That first track by Tim Green is just magic. The atmosphere, the ambience, makes you feel like your trekking through the desert in search of an oasis. LB is a phenomenal selector!
When David Hohme's "Without Doubt (Rodriguez Jr. Mix)" comes in at around 21mins I thought "now this is getting tasty" then when the hook comes in a minute and a half later? Wow. Sublime. Great choice.

There were a couple of years where a BUNCH of mantids flew in to BRC. There was one on my tent's rainfly when I woke up one morning - and I was freaking out, thinking it was a sign from the playa gods, until I saw that my camp neighbors had the same thing happen. I think that was BM 2006 - I've heard it's happened other times as well. I think they come from the north - from Fly Ranch and beyond.
