Do you have to be a certified home inspector to perform these roof inspections or a certified solar inspector to do solar inspections? I would think so, but I never hear anyone talk about that in these videos. Any help with that would be appreciated!
So if you do a drone survey and show the building owner, how do you get compensated? The BO might just take your drone survey report and leave you out of the re-roof process. So basically you did the report for free with no compensation.
Hey man I am a new drone pilot passed my 107 in december.i am trying to get a hold of taking videos and the transferring data from my drone to a desk top to do editing ..I'm having a lot of difficulty figuring out why my data is not recognized..can you do a video about that.thanks
Another option is using an SD card on your drone and saving your photos and videos there. Then take the SD card and transfer it to your computer. I use VN to edit my videos and it’s free.

As a Home Inspector I must admit that this is valuable information.

I've been able to do a roof inspection with a DIY app and a mini 2. Is there an easier way to get a roof report with a drone?
