Also if you use the scorcher, it's MUCH FASTER to get from portal to portal... activate wall portal and take out jug killstreak can in your hand, run UPSTAIRS and as you start getting close, put away jug and take out scorcher. Start charging as you get close to the top floor and the door and and soon as you are OUT the door(scorcher should be between 60-70%... you wanna release it and boost. This will throw you high enough to get you off the roof and floating to bs portal... cut and pull ropes to parachute accordingly so that you land at bs portal and BE READY as soon as you see the option to enter the dark aether to go ahead and hit it not matter where you are or if you landed. As soon as you land you should immediately start charging scorcher again(make sure you activate bs portal!) After activation, provided you were already charging scorcher, quickly turn and full boost into the air while moving back to 1st portal. You can either land on rooftop, or you can land on the little balcony that's too the left and a little bit lower, either way, jug can in hand again for the rest of the run you go down the stairs, and should make it to that wall portal by 16-15 seconds. Then you have PLENTY OF TIME to stand around and kill zombies that spawn in by the out of bounds and can easily and safely step out on 6 seconds. If you miss the timing or the vote doesn't register or you forget to vote or WHATEVER reason you don't make it, you can still use that scorcher to fly back to bs portal and try again. But if you do what you suggested people do(and you did yourself) but then you miss the portal... you're fkd and you either have to hump it on foot all the way back(and you may or may not have time 4 that) or try and find a car(again may or may not be able to find 1 or have time) but using jug can enables you to fly back if needed and ENSURES you have plenty of time to try multiple times and get it right EVEN IF you mess up or don't have extra time!
Man I’ve been doing this but in the other area in the top of the map with the other portal code and I’ve only been keeping 2 or 3 items, and that’s when it works. More than half the time I lose everything, or I’ll lose everything but my gun and lethal/tactical, and half the time I won’t have a tombstone on the map…..I’ve been using the same method for a couple of months and had it down to muscle memory but now I can hardly get it to work…..anyone know if they “tried” patching it or making it harder to do? Or is there something with the items that you carry in to save in your tombstone that may mess with it?
Someone i play w was comm banned cause someone called them something vulgar (and they mocked it n probably shouldnt have), and they got com banned but the original person that said it got nothing
