whenever I connect to the server on my pc i get this message "Admin UI [Warning] In order to access the server from the internet first you need to configure the passive mode settings from the Administration interface. You will also need to forward the same range of ports in your router. The Network Configuration Wizard might help you with that, you find it in the Administration interface Server menu." how can i fix this issue? the message did not appear in this video and i followed each instruction closely. I do not understand how to "...forward the same range of ports in your router"
did you configure passive port range as shown in the video? If you're PC is behind a home router, you will have to do port forwarding. you have to log in to your router.

when I type net start filezilla-server in cmd, the error apear "system error 5 has occured, acess is denied". What should I do ?
open the command prompt as administrator
