On 03 February, 2018, the Amtrak Express with P42 engine was going to Las Vegas and picked up passengers at California station and went straight to New York. The reason, why the accident occurred was because of human error. Then at 8:58 AM, the disaster strikes, leading the whole train to derail and 112 passengers injured and the rest of them died and 2 crew members were also dead. The whole train is sent to repairs and returned back to service. That error will be minimised as usual.
