Thank you Ahmed, Once I created Viewport in the drawing, but I could not find viewport layer even when I click layer menu in the ribbon. Would you explain that case?

because your viewport is locked by default. you will have to select the blue viewport line, rightclick and unlock viewport. once you do that it will work.

Salaam, I am not sure I understand your question completely. You will change the scale if the viewport by clicking inside the viewport and select the correct scale. This will change the scale correctly. You should use annotation dimensions and hatch. Check my video on annotations.
