- You'll get to see the transformation of this little truck in the first episode of Shifting Gears on Monday but in the meantime here's a sneak peek of how we found it; in a field out in Famersville, Texas.
We promise we'll do it justice. Scout's honor.
The doctor is back on TV. Aaron was the reason I watched the other show that shall not be named. Love hearing about the tech and what goes into the car for his point of view!
I agree his talent is worth a fortune.
Scouts have beautiful lines. Personally, I think they are the best looking classic 4x4.
Totally agree. Rare and unappreciated yet, but I bet it'll change quite soon
Leofred, a Scout 80 or 800 is on my short list of vehicles to purchase before everyone wants them and you can't get one without selling a kidney (ie. Gen1 Bronco, FJ40, C10)
Yea I know. Im more into Scout II but... Btw check out Monteverdi Safari. Not too bad if europeans to make them into rare luxury vehicles
Growing up and living in a farm I could show you 100 of these old sweet field finds I love em
What you and your crew have done with this Scout is truly amazing. Just shows that you are one of the best overall car builders on the planet
Finally...
Finally back on tv. But I don't get it. I have had this problem with other channels on RUclips I went to look for your RUclips videos. It said I wasn't subscribed I sub when you had no videos lol wth. Anyways love your work. Keep up the great builds. Glad your back on tv again.
Ugh jeezzzz my heart hurts
I feel good today because im the 61th like today. YAY
Fun fact isn’t it a scout that all the wires in the truck are brown no color codes??
yup all wires green. there's little numbers on the wires....well at least when they were new there were numbers on them. I've heard there were only 1500 of these comanche scouts produced. So it's kinda hard to see one cut apart for fun. When I built mine I bought a regular old scout and molested it.
