thank you for all the information about sidestepping!!! i will press my advantage forward when my attacks succeed, and sidestep when they are blocked ;) i have a question: i use Jack-7 in Tekken. i heard that he can only sidestep properly in one direction. is this true? which direction should i sidestep with Jack-7, most of the time?
First of all, thank you for watching. And as for your question, Jack is not good at side step, as I said in the video. So either side, his side step is weak. And I also use Jack, I didn't know that he has weaker side. I don't think changing sides make any differences. Hope I am answering your question correctly.

3:23の「このように右横移動なら避けられます」は「左横移動なら避けられます」の誤植だということです。動画上でも左横してるのでおそらく間違いないかと、、、

お疲れ様です。相手の技を覚えてしまえば横移動もしやすいですよね。鉄拳はキャラが多過ぎて、そう巧くいかないですが。横移動の前にバックダッシュは必要ないですか？。
今回は横移動に特化した動画なので、バックダッシュは特に入れてないですね。重要な要素ですが、それはまた今度にします。
