omg I got tripped up on 외 for so long cuz the romanization was very confusing but now I find out it was as simple as 왜 or 웨 😫
thank youu!!
In the past, the pronunciations of "외", "왜", and "웨" were all different. For example, the 외 is the same pronunciation as Finnish "ö". And even today, we still allow both "ö" and "we" to be pronounced. But in real life, even Koreans have trouble pronouncing it, so they all say "웨, we". Newscasters still often pronounce words that start with 외 as ö.

You Are Soooo Beautiful ❤️
Omg how much you are beautiful ooooooo
ㅗ sounds exactly like ㅓ and everyone pretends they don't😔
Same sound but different mouth shape! For ㅗ your mouth is very tight, for ㅓ it’s wide open. That example helped me a lot!
edit:
ㅓis a single vowel like "or" without the R sound, plus your lips are paralysed and isn't allowed to tighten.
and
ㅗ is a dipthong(vowel with two sounds), so you go oh-ooo. here your lips go tight like almost duckface.
Think oh it as OH and oh(slightly like uh)
@@Dalziel45 perfect way to explain it!
No they don't I'm indian and in Hindi there are vowels which have same sound ㅗ is ओ and ㅓis औ
