I`m playing Fade as my main since she got released (Immo1 peak) and zt0l`s gameplay, especially util usage is 100% accurate. One of important things it to learn exact time of fly/travel of abilities. It helps you to decide when you should throw your ability to check particular spots, so the photos will be used like 2 times to remeber the spot (you don`t need to be 100% sure about it). Most of time you don`t use your lineups, because Fade`s abilities are so distracting that they force you to stop aiming at "peek spot" to destroy them and you need to go back. It`s very strong on short corners or straight places like long to stop enemy early picks. Higher sens is recommended to make dog steering more comfortable (but not too much, I`m switching sometimes only between 310-350 eDPI). Then you have to master perfect timing to press 'E' and 'Q' in correct time to land the most annoying seizes and high-elevation eye, where you can ignore it and get revealed or hide and shoot it, otherwise you are defensless against perfectly timed peek(Example: Defense B push from the video). People always retreats and get pushed further back when the dog appears. You clear the path easily. Haunt works well with Skye flashes combined when the flash force you to hide or turn back and eye land right behind you. Info gathering is mid so it`s better to play on higher volume to hear and push them back. That`s why you stay mobile, to cut enemy`s time to react so when you won`t follow the dogs etc, they become useless cuz enemy can easily destroy them and remain on the same position. It explains faster rotation (Example: KJ ult on opposite site), because when you get there on time, you still can stop the push or just annoy the enemy team when they`re already on site fighting. It looks effortlessly, because you don`t really think about it, you just need to do that everytime to make impact on how the attack will go. I broke it up, it`s my 5th act where around 95% of games are Fade instalocks (320+ matches played overall), because almost nobody agrue with Initiator immediate pick. Her ability to "win" early, short/medium range engagements are crucial. I found her hard to play on Haven and Breeze, apart from that she`s ok on all maps, especially on Pearl and Fracture (my best WR`s and favourite maps since they got released and most of people hate them). I need to mention solo C hold on Lotus also, it`s very easy, and you make enough time for B teammate to come to help. Good counterplay is obviously multiple hold where teammate is just there to shoot everything. Your video is very useful, good to see every part gathered up together. P.S: Also, put some respect on best-looking hand models and Seize for combos with every molly and Brim`s ult.
WHJ for that fade eye on roof in B long defense, from where it was thrown time popping the eye with the end of Fades voice line. Thanks for the VOD review been playing a lot a Fade lately and Bind was one of the maps I hadn't analyzed yet so this helped me start out.
As a fade player I can say line ups aren’t as important as throwing your eye up onto rooftops and manually dropping them. It’s free scan everytime on retake and attack
Hey thanks for answering my question regarding the mound plant! So what I understand about it is that it's more of a visibility thing for the spike which makes sense. I'm looking at it in one scenario where it's a 1v1 and the player who tapped the bomb could hold you at the tube angle but also hold you on ground level which adds additional issues if you play b long and hookah. But yeah I see what you mean about it being objectively good in most scenarios especially if you're looking for the kill because the defuser doesnt have time to fight you or something.
I didn't realise for a while that he was pressing E again to drop the eye. You can see this when he gets a border around his screen as he hits E for the timing of it.

I found a new angle for fracture on a site drop, if u go hold ramp and aim for the entry ports frame to dish ussaly gives free kills they can’t see you

I was explaining this to a friend, they played kayo and we were just fucking around in customs and they throw a knife at garage door on haven and Im like "wow that shits broken" they didnt get it so I explained that because the knife only sees inside garage but not garage window if you tag nobody inside garage you know they can only be garage window and you can just clear that much more easily than if you could also know ,with the same knife, if theyre garage window because at that point they could either be window and its lit or they could be camping on of the corrners eith a shotgun
