      If we take an example of pencil and the earth since the earth is attracting a pencil with some force and according to Newton's third law of motion here also the pencil will also attract the earth with same force but since the mass of earth is larger than that of pencil that's why the pencil gets attracted towards Earth and falls on it.
      On the other hand..
      *We know that Sun attracts Earth and by the Newton's third law of motion the Earth also attracts Sun since the mass of Sun is greater than the earth , then why the earth does not get attracted towards Sun and falls on Sun's surface?*

    I have an objection ...In the second law as you told us that the earth will sweep same area in next 30 days but as we know earth moves slightly faster when it comes nearby the sun then how can we say that it will take the same time ?? It contradicts the fact ...
    Could anyone clarify ??

      It acceleration will be constant

    • @SanjaySingh-uu8zf
      @SanjaySingh-uu8zf 3 года назад +2

      When it will be close to the sun the orbit area will became less hence increasing the velocity
      And imagine the orbit when close the the sun the velocity increase but the area which or distance between earth and sun also decrease
