It is pretty even, we didnt do enough sessions of speedrun to really know the answer, but I would say Attuned Pants best if you do the "ranged tank + lighters come melee" -strat

The players on the lights 1-2-3 are not on their lights, so there is only the bombs for tank spot and the bombs for melee spot that needs to be shot ! And they are not always shot
