Merge Dance Theatre - Left Behind, 2016

Merge Dance Theatre is a youth Contemporary company aiming to bridge the gap between dance schools and professional companies.
Merge dancers tell the story of 'Left Behind', a touching tribute to the courageous women who were left behind on the home front during WWII.
This story revisits the unspoken side of war from the perspective of the women of this time, tracing their journey from the very beginning through to the end of the war, brought to life on stage through the power of contemporary dance.
