This strikes me as hilariously awkward. You never think about how weird it must be for celebrities to try to go through something as simple as a flight check in while paparazzi stand around taking pictures, meanwhile everyone else in the airport is like WTF is going on, IDEK who she is. 😂 But Cait was gracious as always.
It must suck, yes, for her and for the other passengers who are also filmed and photographed without allowing them to be and which has nothing to do with fame, but her image is there, and for Cait, even though she is already used to this chase and spotlight on top, there must be a time when she would like to send everything to "that place"... and there are millions of celebrities who are much better known and persecuted than her, and then she wasn't even well known, no ? What year was this video? Was she already in Outlander? The title refers to her as a model and not as an actress.
In the spring of 1974 I arrived at LAX for the first time ever. While on the moving walk I heard a man coming toward me shouting "Hurry up. We're going to miss our flight." I looked up to see him running just as he jumped over the opposite guardrail while looking back. It was Greg Morris of Mission Impossible fame in a light blue business suit. He was shouting at a young boy of about 12 years of age (future Jackie Chiles of Seinfeld?). I instinctively looked for the film cameras and the bad guys chasing him to no avail as the series had recently been canceled. I'm sure celebrity life can be overwhelming for artists much of the time but I would sure love to run into Caitriona. What a talented actress!

@@jgg59 I agree with you that she was one of the top world models, just that by the time of this video she was already an actress, and a phenomenal one at that. 👍
what if a celebrity says to the reporters "can you please not photograph me, the flashes bother me and can cause seizures, i have epilepsy" would they listen to her?
Certainly not, but she could - or her adviser or whoever had with her - resort to the security of the place. On the street, the paparazzi and no one can be banned from photographing - they should be, no one is forced to be chased and photographed against their will, but the street is a free place - but inside the place there are rules - at least most of them do - so , the security of the place, in the case an airport that is where she is - can prevent if the people who are in the place - not only the celebrity - are bothered. But I think that this shouldn't happen very often since the most celebrities are photographed in airports, but usually the paparazzi chase their victims further away, in a more discreet way, where they are not always noticed... happens in this case.
If I were king for a day I would outlaw paparazzi.
That must be hard to get use to when flying; yet it is nice having someone take care of the luggage for you; she doesn't wait with the rest of the passengers I'm sure she is in the first class lounge.

Trust me you want celebrities to get through quicker! Otherwise it causes such a mess when you’re trying to move around the airport as a normal person the paparazzi are all over

@@margaretpetrovich5543 I travel in and out of New York all the time lots of celebrities. it’s a lot easier with all the paparazzi there to get them out of the way
