Lethality is supposed to get an early lead and snowball it, sure, but it's also supposed to put you on a timer where if you don't snowball you fall behind. The issue isn't that lethality varus is viable. The issue isn't even that lethality varus reliably wins lane. The issue is that lethality varus *outscales* onhit varus right now.
not just for early. lethality now work as flat amount. not flat at level 18 like the old patch. so its basically stronger early game since armor amount stay the same. Its never be bad at late. just not good against high armor character. every mage + marksman + support still get destroyed late game. Earlier this season, Serylda grudge change buff lethality to another level. as it offer 20% + 0.11% armor pen/ lethality + 15 lethality. With the build this clip use. it contain 66 lethality. give him total 27.26% armor pen. take an example with 329 armor ksante. dominik - armor to 197 ( 329*.6) when with this build, its 329*(1-0.2726)-66 = 173. Clearly this build have better penetrate than dominik. It just worse at attack speed + crit chance.
Well i guess she is very strong with lethality, however so are assassin - and with bad mobility and no dashes she may have a hard time. I think that could be a contributing factor
At lower elos yes because at lowers elos assassins and champs that can oneshot you in one combo are too dumb to focus you so you have the time to do some damage. But once you climb, people that you are an immobile champion easy to target with no ways to escape except flash. So it becomes ass

At least lethality meta is kinda fun to watch... I would rank it like this in terms of fun to play. assassin meta > adc/apc meta > bruiser meta > tank meta > enchanter meta... Actually enchanter meta gets 2651561 place not the 5th place. Cus by god F U C K lulu, and Arden censor!!!! Later the yuumi karma sona meta... It still gives me flashbacks.
Probably because lucian scales better off of pure ad than he does with armor shred (most lethality items don't give that much ad), since most of his dueling potential and damage come from his auto attacks. Yes his ult does a lot, but anyone with a brain knows how to dodge it. It's just better to go crit because of the double auto and navori's passive

Could be a lot of reason in higher elo people know she can be easily abused by long fights and a lot of pros just don't think she is particularly fun to play as well

It missed because of timing not aim. But yeah, you tell the 15+ years pro player in a game that he dedicated his life in something that is as basic as tp positioning.
