Important to note, if tick damage is applied (stuff like bleed or serget ult) before he goes into his ultimate, it will continue to tick until the tuck effect runs out. Jormungandr and medusa are the only gods in S tier, because the S stands for snake

Personally. I run basically all attack items and a 1 or 2 defense items. 650 magic damage with around 2800 health and I’m able to move around at 460 speed. It’s a pretty op build in arena and even solo lanes.

i played with my friend last night against a jormungandir and he kept using his ult almost nonstop,is that possible with gear or were they hacking?

it is possible with the right build to have the ult up for every fight. depending on how often fights are occurring. But from what you have told me I would guess they were not hacking :)
