You should review the way your pipe band doublets are cut as they aren't cut properly now. They are too long and there shouldn't be an inch gap between the bottom of the waist belt and the base of the jacket. Get a proper one from the British Army's Scottish Division and look at how it's tailored. And by tradition both pipers and drummers should be wearing shells on the right shoulder.
